Evolving market: Surging demand from increasingly discerning, demanding brand loyal customers; willing to pay for what they want.

Under invested: 85% of hotels in Italy are still independently managed. Three challenging decades for the Italian economy and inter-generational change have left its hospitality sector underinvested. Development of the ultra luxury segment has opened a large and compelling opportunity for collection hotels, even more so in non-primary destinations.

Consolidation potential: Hotel ownership in Italy remains fragmented with clear potential for consolidation and investment, development, creative design and international management practices. Nevius Glussi
CEO

Led by founder, Nevius Glussi, a 20 year industry veteran:

Hospitality development – Led LVMH Hotel Management (Paris) and Rosewood Hotel Group’s expansion across Europe, Asia Pacific, and North America, based in London and Hong Kong
Investment / Private equity - Partner at LimeTree Capital (Hong Kong) with a key role in fundraising and acquisition of a $1.8bn portfolio of the most sought-after beachfront land in Asia
Hotel investment - Former independent hospitality investment advisor to Oaktree Capital Management and Arsenale Group in Europe
Hotel valuations – Valued US$5 billion of hotel properties across North America and Asia Pacific at HVS (New York and Singapore)
Background - An Italian national with settled status in the UK, Nevius speaks English, Italian, French and Spanish fluently with a good knowledge of Mandarin. He graduated from the EHL Hospitality Business school in Lausanne Switzerland in 2002 and is a regular guest speaker there and on the European hotel investment conference circuit

Giammarco Pignocchi
Development & Asset Manager

Hospitality Valuation and Feasibility - relevant expertise in hotel appraisals and feasibility studies. His early experience was gained at a boutique Italian consulting firm, followed by a role at HVS (South Europe), where he conducted market studies, feasibility analyses, and hotel valuations across the Mediterranean area
Focus - Responsible for conducting comprehensive market research and analysis of acquisition targets, evaluate their financial performance and potential, and determine their strategic alignment. Additionally, he develops financial models to support 753 Hospitality’s investments, and contributes to the due diligence and negotiation process
Background - He is fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish and holds a bachelor’s degree in Tourism Economics and a Master of Science in International Business with a specialization in Finance from Hult International Business School, University of London

Maria Scognamiglio
PR & Marketing Manager

PR & Marketing management - Coordinating the company’s PR, marketing, and multi-channel communication initiatives, engaging with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Focus - Overseeing marketing, sales, and technical services, with a strong emphasis on aligning initiatives to the company’s overall goals and targets.
Background - A Swiss national with settled status in Italy, Maria speaks English, Italian, French, and German fluently, with a good knowledge of Spanish. She graduated from EHL Hospitality Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland, in 2024. During her studies, she completed internships in hospitality management, operations, and marketing across Italy, the USA, and Japan.

Fabrizio Pascale
Chief Project Officer

Key team member since inception, Fabrizio leads project development:

Italy Specialist - Development projects include: The Heritage Collection Villa Clara (Rome) and Villa Balbiano (Como), Grand Hotel Miramare (Castiglioncello, Tuscany), and The Baccarat Villa Camerata Hotel (Florence). He has also advised clients such as Octopus Hospitality Partners, Renco Spa, and Sacaim Spa
Strong international experience - Five years as a consultant on more than €250m of tenders for projects in North Africa, including the El-Mountazah and Seybouse Hotels in Annaba and the Sheraton Hotel in Annaba, for clients including Cefla SC, Lenzi Consultant, Vittadello Spa, and Nessi & Majocchi Spa
Focus - The whole realisation process, from feasibility analysis to detailed design, project management, project monitoring and planning, construction surveys and control, quantity survey and cost control
Background - Fluent in Italian, English, Spanish, and French, he has specialised in hospitality development since completing a Masters in Building Engineering and Architecture in 2010 in Rome and EPFL Lausanne

Giulia Vanni
Local Architect

Licensed Architect - Acting as a bridge between conceptual design and local regulatory requirements, she manages coordination between international firms and public administrations, adapting projects to regional, technical, and legislative standards.
Focus - Analyzing the transformation potential of assets to optimize design and hospitality functionality. She oversees the construction phase, interfacing with suppliers and contractors to ensure strict adherence to delivery schedules.
Background - Graduated with honors, Florence 2008, she has nearly twenty years of experience in Siena and Florence, specializing in urban planning regulations and the restoration of listed (heritage) buildings. She specializes in residential and hospitality projects in historic and rural settings, with extensive experience in technical direction and site coordination.

Finance

Pasquale Ciriolo
Group CFO

Executive Finance - Senior executive with consolidated CFO experience in the luxury sector and strong expertise in M&A, project finance and complex operations (LBOs, debt structuring and refinancing, private equity exit strategies, IFRS transition)
International and Italian experience - Big Four Audit background (PwC Italy), followed by increasing finance leadership roles since 2014, including CFO positions in private-equity backed, multinational companies and family-owned businesses, across different luxury industries (hospitality, wine production, fashion)
Focus - Structuring and executing complex financial operations to support business growth, with a focus on CEO strategic partnering, risk mitigation, and management of the Board of Directors and stakeholders
Background - Italian national, fluent in English, with a degree in Economics and Finance from Bocconi University.

Martino Galasso
Group Financial Controller

Financial Management & Operations - Overseeing the financial health and strategic planning of high-profile hospitality assets. Expert in financial reporting, cost control (CAPEX, FF&E, OS&E), and optimizing accounting procedures to ensure maximum profitability and operational efficiency
Focus - Start-ups & Hotel Openings, specializing in the pre-opening and launch phases of luxury hotels and start-ups. Proven track record in implementing complex ERP systems (SAP, Navision, Business Central) and establishing financial frameworks for new international ventures
Background - Global Luxury Brands, seasoned professional with extensive experience working for prestigious international brands, including Marriott (Tribute Portfolio), 25hours Hotels (Ennismore/Accor), The Dedica Anthology, and Hilton (Curio Collection). Martino holds a strong academic background in Accounting and Financial Market Economics.

Francesca Bartucci
HR & Finance Director

Francesca Bartucci | Accounting Manager 753 Hospitality

Accounting Specialist - Over 15 years of experience in Administration, Finance and Control, with strong specialization in financial reporting, general accounting, statutory financial statements and IFRS consolidated reporting, as well as growing expertise in payroll and integrated HR process management. Her professional background has been built progressively, starting in accounting and tax consultancy for SMEs, and then evolving into a managerial role within the international Autogrill Group
Focus - Integrated AF&C management, development of structured, timely and reliable reporting systems, optimization and digitalization of administrative and HR processes, development of internal teams and capabilities, and strategic support to finance leadership
Background - Bachelor’s Degree in Organization and Human Resources from the University of Milan and a Master’s Degree in HR Training and Development from the University of Milano-Bicocca. Proficient in SAP, Hyperion, OneStream and Zucchetti. Fluent in English.

Alfio Torrisi
Senior Accountant

Financial Accounting & Capex - 3 years as a Big Four Consultant within the Finance & Strategy business unit, working on process efficiency projects and revenue expansion initiatives. He subsequently joined the Finance department of a listed multinational automotive company as Senior Accountant
Focus - Capex financial management, financial accounting and tax management for the companies within the Group, data analysis, reporting and support for C-Level management
Background - Graduated with honours in Economics and Finance from LIUC University. Fluent in English, with knowledge of Oracle and Zucchetti.

Camilla Pulatova
Accountant

Accounting Specialist - Professional in the administrative and accounting field, with solid experience in full-cycle accounting, tax compliance, and financial statement preparation
Focus - Experience with a wide range of clients and structured companies, with strong decision-making skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure
Background - Born in Uzbekistan and raised in Russia, later continued her academic and professional path in Italy. Currently studying Business Administration.
