Capturing value in the Italian hospitality market

Acquiring, re-developing and managing high-potential hotel assets

Our Approach The Opportunity Portfolio The Team

The Vision:

Building a portfolio of exceptional collection hotels* in key tourist and business locations across Italy

Main Logo | 753 Hospitality, Acquiring, re-developing and managing high-potential hotel assets.

*we define collection hotels as design-led properties with a clear independent identity and affiliation with a major hotel brand

Our Approach

Creative, nimble and fast moving:

Backed by Alchemy Partners*, we are a high-energy team combining exceptional Italian market expertise and a proven international development track record.

A contemporary approach to a classic market:

Harnessing Italian style and international creativity to reimagine existing assets and contribute to the growth and sustainable development of Italian hospitality and generate superior financial returns.

Local and inclusive values:

To maximise our potential, 753 Hospitality works hand-in-hand with local communities and proactively embraces diversity. We thoughtfully and carefully repurpose existing buildings to reduce their environmental impact and retain their strong local identity and character.

* funds advised by Alchemy Special Opportunities LLP, a leading London-based alternative investment firm.

The Opportunity

Evolving market: Surging demand from increasingly discerning, demanding brand loyal customers; willing to pay for what they want.

Under invested: 85% of hotels in Italy are still independently managed. Three challenging decades for the Italian economy and inter-generational change have left its hospitality sector underinvested. Development of the ultra luxury segment has opened a large and compelling opportunity for collection hotels, even more so in non-primary destinations.

Consolidation potential: Hotel ownership in Italy remains fragmented with clear potential for consolidation and investment, development, creative design and international management practices. Partnering with major global brands brings international standards in property development, operations and marketing.
